Tiggers Nursery School
Tiggers Nursery School is a small, privately run and well established pre-school, which was set up by Kate Creasey in 1994. We are proud to say this is our 30th year!
We are set in the grounds of Dunton Green Primary School, in the heart of Dunton Green village.
Our main aim and daily focus is to offer preschool children a place to feel safe, happy and fulfilled. We are passionate about enabling our children to be the best of themselves, through offering play opportunities that stretch their imagination and thinking, giving them new and exciting learning through our rich environment.
We are a small team that gets to know all our community, who often say we treat our children like family with the love and care we show them.
Our Mission
Whether you are 2 or 92 years old when you come through our door we want you to feel welcome. We acknowledge we all come from different lives and experiences but under our roof we are one big group of interesting and dynamic people.
To our staff at Tiggers Nursery School the most important areas of the Early Years Foundation Stage are caring for and nurturing the Unique Child and having Positive Relationships in an Enabling Environment.
If these themes are always considered and remembered in all we do we will foster children who are happy, secure and settled, children who will learn and develop at their own pace. These are children who will make the greatest progress and their footprints will enrich the world.
